Akashi Single Malt is known to be the official whisky of the Eigashima distillery. This outstanding single malt is produced in limited quantities, exclusively made with Scottish malted barley and aged 3 years in bourbon casks. Akashi Single malt has iodic notes direclty coming from the Osaka bay. Neither chill-filtered nor coloured. Won the bronze medal at the 2021 Tokyo World Spirit Competition
