Thomas Hardy's pioneering vision and passionate spirit for winemaking is at the heart of each outstanding range of Hardys wines. This range of wines was created to carry on the tradition and devotion of Thomas Hardy, as our
winemakers continue to expertly craft wines that are rich and full-bodied with good depth of flavour. A fresh, full-bodied Chardonnay with lemon zest and white peach flavours, complemented by subtle oak. A well balanced
wine with a creamy smooth texture. The Limestone Coast has a climate well suited for growing Chardonnay, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugars to develop. This year we had a favourable ripening season, with mild days and cool nights allowing superlative flavour development. Good canopy cover protected the fruit during the one week of intense heat.
